Delivery & Tracking

Our Shipping Process:

 

1. VERIFICATION

After you place an order you will receive an email confirmation that the order is authorized and verified. If you decide to change or cancel your order during this time, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with your request. Please send an email to sales@bellasmyle.com.

2. PROCESSING

Processing and handling times are typically between 3-5 business days.

Express Priority Shipping and handling times are typically between 1-3 business days.

3. SHIPPING & TRACKING ORDERS

Once your order was packed, it may not be canceled or changed. In this case, you have the right to use our 14-days warranty by providing us with the receipt.

After your package was shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for the specific order. If you have ordered multiple items you could receive several tracking numbers for each parcel, which may arrive separately to your address. The tracking of your order can be reviewed anytime by clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping email.

Standard Shipping: Bella Smyle offers FREE Standard Shipping Worldwide.

*US Orders: Average is 3-12 business days. 

**International Orders: Average is 7-14 business days.

Express Premium Shipping: We also offer Express Premium Shipping for an extra charge. Please contact us here for shipping rates and indicate the item and the country of delivery. We will contact you within 24 hours with the quotation!

Please Note: Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing times. Shipping times begin with the date of shipping and not with the date of the order. Shipping times vary with the purchased items, quantity and country of delivery. 

Bella Smyle ships worldwide excluding Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Serbia, Algeria, Albania, Oman, Tunisia, Russian Federation, Brazil and all of Africa.

4. DELIVERY, INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

In case the parcel has been returned to the local post office, you will find a card in your mailbox. Please contact your local post office to arrange the pickup or to schedule a new delivery date.

All payments of taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The product price and the shipping fees do not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery.
