We offer a 14-day guarantee on all items. The guarantee starts with the receiving of the item and lasts for 14 days. During this period of time, you can return your product back to us for a full refund.
RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, INCORRECT ITEM SIZE OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS
We are sorry that you are experiencing difficulty with your item. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to resolve this issue for you as quickly and easily as possible. In order to get this remedied in a rapid manner, please follow the simple steps below to help expedite the process:
1. The first step in handling a defective or not as described product is to write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the product name, your order number, and the problem you are experiencing. Please also attach pictures to point out the defects. We have several troubleshooting steps that we can assist you with that may resolve the problem without the need of sending the product back to us. We will work diligently to ensure your complete satisfaction.
2. The second step is to get authorization. Before sending your product back to us, please make sure that you have completed the first step above. Once given authorization you can send your product back to us for inspection. Please make sure that your name, order number, contact phone number is included in the return package. This way we will be able to locate your file once the package reaches us.
Please note, if you just simply send the item to us without first notifying us about it, we will not know what the problem is or how to resolve it once we received your package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Important: Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This is due to the fact that we must have the authentication code and serial numbers in order to obtain a replacement from the manufacturer. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns sent without this necessary information will not be accepted. In addition, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping Fee: If Bella Smyle is responsible for the issue we will fully refund the original product price and its shipping.
RETURN FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Returns and exchanges for non-defective items are accepted within 14-days time from the time your package was received. However, please note that the item cannot be used. If the product has been used, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for it.
Return Shipping Fee: For non-defective items, like customer ordered an incorrect size or you just want to exchange the item. In this case, the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

THE WARRANTY DOESN'T APPLY IN FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
1. The item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
2. The item is as described, but you no longer want it after the 14 days period.
3. We do not accept returns that are part of our intimate category.
4. Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
TRACKING RETURN SHIPMENTS
All items returned must have trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the unlikely event that your package is missing an item that you ordered, please first accept our deepest apologies. However, if this should occur, we must be informed within 24-hours from the time the package has been delivered. If the missing item is not reported within this time period, we will unfortunately not be able to replace the item for you.
Returns on wholesale orders are accepted; however, please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee for any and all wholesale orders which are returned for non-defective issues. Please follow the same procedure stated above for wholesale order returns.
